Our client is a leading organisation within the ServiceNow ecosystem that has an immediate requirement for a remote working contract ServiceNow Lead SPM Business Analyst in the USA – this will be a 6 months+ contract that may well extyend – THIS IS NOT A DEVELOPER ROLE AND DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU HAVE SERVICENOW SPM BUSINESS ANALYSIS EXPERIENCE.
Applicants need to possess the following skills :
ServiceNow – 5 years+
CSA
CIS – SPM
Business analyst
SPM – ESSENTIAL
Lead – ESSENTIAL
US Federal government experience ideal
Excellent communication or consultancy skills
Ability to work independently
You will use your knowledge to Lead a ServiceNow SPM implementation, moving from Microsoft to SPM, innovation, demand, PPM, finance, scrum master, user stories, testing, training, scheduling and documentation.
