5 years+ ITSM, FSM, CSM, CMDB and 3rd part integrations with ServiceNow
ServiceNow production support
On premise ServiceNow including upgrades
7 years+ Operations management
ITSM, CSM, FSM – ESSENTIAL
ITIL
Project Management
Data analysis, change management
Any ServiceNow certifications
Any Telecommunications experience highly desirable.
This role involves Operations management, enhancing service delivery, ServiceNow production support, managing workflows, daily operations, vendor relationship management, compliance and process improvement.
Salary – 360K SEK/Annum
