An exciting opportunity exists for a ServiceNow Program Manager to be based on a permanent basis in the USA working for a global consulting ServiceNow practice – you must be a Security Cleared candidate to apply and have full scope Poly Clearance. You will also work onsite 5 days a week in VA, US with the client – locations include Reston, Herndon or Chantilly.
Applicants require :
Consulting
10 years+ Project management experience
5 years+ managing transitions for software applications
5 years+ ServiceNow Program management
3 years+ ITSM frameworks – ITIL, Agile, CMMI
Certified Scrum Master
Be able to act as a Tech Lead
3 years+ in Federal Government enterprise system management
ServiceNow and Salesforce
The role involves overseeing design, development, integration, of mission critical systems and solutions, security and risk management, microservices, transition management, client management and project management.
