Our leading client has an urgent requirement for a ServiceNow Service Delivery / Infrastructure & Operations Manager – you will work in a 6 months contract with possible extension and work in a hybrid role in Ede, Gelderland, Netherlands. - 5-8 years ServiceNow (workflow design, service catalogue, reporting)
- ITIL
- Telecommunications
- L1/L2/L3 support
- Infrastructure and Operations
- ITIL v3 / v4 certified
- Managed Services or AMS delivery
- ServiceNow workflows – Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge Management.
The role involves SLA management, service reporting, governance, support, service management, Infrastructure and Operations, service delivery, service catalogue, SLA’s, KPI’s, interface with stakeholder, customer and delivery, risk management, audit, compliance and ServiceNow workflows.
Rate – 70-80 Euro’s per hour
