Our client is a leading organisation within the ServiceNow ecosystem that has an immediate requirement for a remote working contract ServiceNow Technical Architect with Telecommunications, TNI and CSM to work from the UK. This is a 6 months+ initial contract although you could also be based anywhere in Europe for a permanent role.
UK will be inside IR35 ONLY.
Applicants need to possess the following skills :
ServiceNow – 5 years+
Telco experience – ESSENTIAL
TNI / TSM (Telecommunications Service Management) project experience
CSM
10 years+ architecture in Telecomms
Scripting, Integrations, web technologies – Javscript, Glide, Jelly, REST, SOAP, HTML, CSS
CIS-ITSM or CIS-CSM
ITSM/ITOM desirable
Excellent communication or consultancy skills
Ability to work independently
You will use your knowledge to design, implement, do integrations, gather requirements, analysis, devlopment, testing, configuration and support.
