Our client is a leading organisation within the ServiceNow ecosystem and has an immediate requirement for a contract ServiceNow ITOM Technical Consultant / Architect with ITOM and Event Management. This will be an initial 3 month contract and will be a remote working contract in the USA. The contract may also well extend and is 40 hours per week.
Applicants need to possess the following skills :
ServiceNow – 5 years+ – ESSENTIAL
ITOM – ESSENTIAL
Event Management – ESSENTIAL
Degree
Excellent communication and/or consultancy skills
ServiceNow certified – CSA, CAD, CIS X 2 (Event Management)
The role will involve configuration, use cases, sources, proof of concepts, estimations, defects and working with the customer.
